Dementia Care
The Special Care Wing enables the Home to offer a more dedicated standard of care to Residents who are mentally frail and confused but do not require Nursing Care. This is provided in a smaller secured unit designed for the needs of Residents with Dementia. The team of dedicated staff aims to maintain a family atmosphere organising activities around daily life and rehabilitation. Relatives and friends are actively encouraged to become part of the "family".
